About

The Spring Creek Homeowners Association is a Wyoming non-profit corporation organized to provide for the maintenance, development, preservation and architectural control of Spring Creek Ranch, a mixed-use resort planned unit development located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Membership in the association is appurtenant to ownership of property, both residential and commercial, at Spring Creek Ranch.

There are eleven residential subdivisions including 62 attached and detached town homes (Spirit Dance and Harvest Dance) and 97 single-family lots (Sun Dance, Elk Dance, The Ridge, and Homes at Amangani) The commercial interests include the 40-room Amangani hotel, and the 36-room Spring Creek Inn and Granary restaurant, as well as Jackson Land & Cattleā€™s western horsemanship development.

The five-person Board of Directors oversees the operations of the Spring Creek Homeowners Association, with the support of the Audit and Finance Committee. The five-person Architectural Committee reviews all building plans.
