The Spring Creek Ranch is a a mixed-use resort planned unit development located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. There are eleven residential subdivisions including 62 attached and detached town homes (Spirit Dance and Harvest Dance) and 97 single-family lots (Sun Dance, Elk Dance, The Ridge, and Homes at Amangani) The commercial interests include the 40-room Amangani hotel, and the 36-room Hotel Yellowstone, as well as Jackson Land & Cattleās western horsemanship development.
The Spring Creek Homeowners Association is a Wyoming non-profit corporation organized to provide for the maintenance, development, preservation and architectural control of Spring Creek Ranch, Membership in the association is appurtenant to ownership of property, both residential and commercial, at Spring Creek Ranch. A seven-person Board of Directors oversees the operations of the HOA, with the support of the Audit and Finance Committee. The five-person Architectural Committee reviews all building plans.
The Spring Creek Improvement & Service District is a Wyoming special district the owns, operates and maintains the roads, water and sewer systems at Spring Creek Ranch. A three-person Board of Directors oversees the operation of the ISD.
